If you've used a social network before, you will know that a fully completed profile helps you find people you're looking for. The same can be said for Blink because we allow you to search for and find anyone on the application - regardless of whether they're in your organisation or not. It's as if it's magic.
How do I complete my profile?
When you created your account on Blink you would have been asked to fill out a few details like your name, job title, company name and to upload an avatar.
These pieces of information help others find you on Blink, so we're really grateful if you successfully filled that information out. If you haven't though, you can still do this by editing your profile in the application:
Web / Desktop: Find the settings icon in the navigation pane and edit preferences
iOS / Android: Find the settings icon and edit your profile
In your profile, you can provide more information like your work and mobile phone number and Skype name.
In addition, you will be able to adjust your notification settings - so you can be in control of what information you're alerted to.
