In your Admin Portal navigation under User Management select Manage People.
Everything you've done up until this point ensures your people can start using Blink as soon they receive an invitation.
But how can you invite your employees to start using Blink? It's so simple, we pride ourselves on its usability.
The Manage People page will list all of your currently registered employees. From here you can invite your team via email or SMS, manually or with a bulk import CSV. Find out more here.
Collaborators - are people who may be working for your company temporarily like contractors. They have different permissions, so ensure you invite them to the right profile.
Disabled - at any time you can disable an employee, whether this is due to dismissal or because they left the company, this ensures their profile and conversation history remains but is not visible to other employees.
Invited - if you ever need to know the status of an employee you've invited, you'll find it here.
