Inviting people to Blink
Only Organisation admins and Content Moderators can invite individuals to Blink - some organisations also give this user privilege to Team admins too
Anyone can be invited to join you on Blink and you can begin working together from the moment they activate their Blink account.
All you need is their mobile number OR email address and you can send them an invite!
The easiest way to invite a new user is via the Invite button on the left-hand side menu (on the Blink desktop or web apps).
All you need to do is:
1. Click on Invite
2. Enter their mobile number or email address
3. Click Send invites
This method is great for inviting a small number of users to Blink in one go
Other ways of inviting users to Blink:
- Via a Team
If you add someone to a team as a Guest and they don't already have a Blink account, we will invite them on your behalf.
1. Go into the Team you want to add a user to
2. Select + Add members
3. Type in the new user's mobile number or email address
4. 'No results found' will pop up
5. Click Add to Team anyway
6. An invite will then be sent
- Via the Admin portal
The Admin portal has a number of options for inviting others.
This includes bulk user importing and invite sending!
